When you place an order with me, you are making an offer to buy goods.  I will send you an e-mail to confirm that I have received your order at the email address you have used to contact me.

 

 

  •  I must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order, inc postage costs, before your order can be posted.
  • Postage costs depend on weight of your order, and will be added to you invoice when your order is ready. If you feel that postage is too high, then you can cancel your order at this point. Please note: I do not over charge on postage, and do offer a fair postage rate.

     

  • Acceptance will be deemed to take place upon despatch of your order. My acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

      

  •  I take great care in making sure all packets / boxes etc... are packed well, to avoid damaged goods. As yet I have never had a delivery damaged or lost. But in the event this should happen, I request prompt notification of none delivery/damage.  I will email you when your order is despatched, and give an expected date for delivery.
  •  Where a product is faulty/ damaged.  I will refund the original delivery charge and the cost of posting the goods back to me via your local post office.

     A proof of return must be obtained.  You must email me to arrange returns,  before returning your goods. 

  • If your parcel has not arrived 5 days from the expected delivery date please contact me so I can pursue the matter. If your package is damaged please notify me of any items that may be damaged within 48 hrs of receiving your parcel.

Price

 The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in my website.
Whilst I try to ensure that all prices displayed on my website are accurate, errors can occur. In the event that I discover an error, I will inform you as soon as possible to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the item or cancel. If I am are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

 

 

 Payment
You undertake that all details you provide to me for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct. I cannot be responsible for lost parcels if you gave the wrong address.

 

I use PayPal to collect payments, their system is safe and secure. The invoice you receive will allow you to pay by credit, debit card, or by PayPal if you have an account with them.

Products

 

 Every effort is made to describe products correctly; however items can vary individually, for example due to the use of natural materials; and items being handmade,  some inconsistencies are to be expected

 

Images shown are for illustration only and may not exactly match the item you receive. In particular colours, unless specified, may not match the actual product shown or a previous product supplied   

 

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the safety of all items I sell, all products must be inspected upon receipt and any problems notified to me in writing. Further, I strongly recommend that you read all information next to the product you are purchasing, in case there is any warnings and tips given for that particular toy.

Right for you to cancel your contract


My returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the Distance Selling regulations, and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer is unable to see the goods they are buying.

You are  protected by the distance selling regulations,

 

In accordance with the law, You have a 7 day 'cooling off period'  and you have the right to cancel your order without reason within 7 days from the receipt of your order.

 total sum charged, will be re-credited to you within 30 days of your order date. PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned to me, and received by me in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

 

 

You cannot return items if they have been custom made to your own specifications e.g exact dimentions, design, material colour etc...

 


 Any goods returned must be unused / and with their original packaging and condition.

To cancel your contract you must notify me in writeing within 7 days of receipt of your order. You must send the goods back to me at my contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

 

 

 To avoid possible problems with returns, you must contact me first for returns authorization

Cancellation by me.
  I reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

 I have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; 
I do not deliver to your area; or
  One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
 If I do cancel your contract I will notify you by e-mail or otherwise in writing, and I will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for consequential loss, inconvenience or disappointment

 

 

I will despatch the goods ordered to the address you give me witnin 2 days of payment being made.

Please make sure you give the correct address for delivery of your order, I cannot be held responsible for goods not been delivered if the wrong address was given.
 You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction

For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from me electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that I provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

 


The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

 

PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT IF I DO GET ANY GOODS RETURNED TO ME, THEY WILL NOT!!  BE RE-SOLD.

 

I FEEL VERY STRONGLY THAT BIRD ITEMS SHOULD NOT BE PASSED AROUND FOR AVAIN HEALTH REASONS.

SO FOR THE HEALTH OF YOUR BIRD, I WILL TAKE THE LOSS ON ANY RETURNS

 WHY?? Because I care about your bird as much as you do

 

 

My highest!! priority is making safe toys for your bird. I do everything humainly possible to make sure my designs are safe, and making sure my toys will still be safe as they slowly get destroyed.

   
I am well researched on toy safety, toxins etc...and
I go to great lengths to make sure I supply none toxic toys,

   I only wish everyone else would do the same.  

 

 

Parrots are extremely ingenious and can do things with a toy that most people would never dream of. 

I have a great deal of experience on knowing just how ingenious your parrot can be. but just in case your parrot may be a tad cleverer than me

 I adviise everyone!!, to check all your bird's toys on a regular basis.

 

 Here are a few things that you as a parrot owner can do to safeguard your parrot:

  Make sure that the toy is the appropriate size for your bird.  If you have questions about sizing or safety, please take the time to ask me.  There is no such thing as a trivial question when it comes to the safety and wellbeing of our feathered friends.  

It is extremely important that you keep your parrot's nails trimmed. 

 Sharp nails can easily get caught in toys!!

Please take the time to read all information on each toy you want to purchase, so you don’t miss any tips, warnings etc.....
